Young Joan & Stephanie dress up for Halloween! Inspired by an adorable chibi!Stephen-as-Wonder-Woman by sailorptah ^_^ Joan's costume came out a little funny because I couldn't bear to cover her blue eyes so she doesn't have a full cowl or even a domino mask. Also, as much as I love Batwoman, I couldn't see Joan as anything less than the head of the Bat Family... (( insert "I'm the goddman Batman joke here ))
